LAW PRACTICE

I have been the Staff Attorney for Friends of the Columbia Gorge since January 1, 2001. My principal area of practice is the Columbia River Gorge National Scenic Area Act and related rules. Other areas include Oregon and Washington land use, NEPA, SEPA, administrative law, energy siting law, nonprofit corporations, forest practices, and wildlife and endangered species law.
